  • Free initial interview to get acquainted and discuss arrangements
  • Approximately 15 prenatal visits (usually 1 hour each)

  • Unlimited phone/email/text consultations to discuss pregnancy progress and address questions or concerns


labor and Delivery



  • On-call from week 37 until your birth (as needed in the event of premature labor)
  • Continuous care during labor, delivery, and at least 4 hours immediate postpartum
  • “Supplies I Bring to a Birth” (list) (you have a list of supplies to provide also)
  • Picture/video taking (if/when available)
  • Comfort measures and assistance with pain-coping techniques
  • Availability of labor tools (balls, rebozo, birth stool…)
  • Neonatal care

  • Unlimited phone/email/text contact to answer questions and concerns
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Education of newborn characteristics and newborn care
  • Resources and information
  • 4 postpartum visits (1-2 hours each) (day 1, day 3, day 7, 4-6 weeks)

  • Post-partum review of birth
